Google Builds Out A National Real Estate Search Engine
Why is this huge? This is a logical next step in Google's quest to own local search and also get in on the huge market that is Real Estate Search. I know when I was looking for houses and investment properties I came across many sites that were charging for access. Google just ruined their businesses.
The result will be an open MLS database built on top of Google Maps. I'm no real estate expert but I think this could be a game changer...
